Howell Custom Homes is a residential Custom Design/Build Company that was established in 2003. The owner, Monte Howell has been involved in all aspects of construction for over 20 years. We have built an outstanding reputation based on attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

We primarily build in the counties surrounding Indianapolis, Indiana.

Historically, we have built between 4 and 8 homes per year. Most of these homes have ranged from $175k to the $600k range. Normally our customers have owned a home before and ask us to design and build the custom home that meets their family's needs and desires.

Our construction and design experience is very broad and is not limited to any style home. Although we cannot guarantee it, the finished home usually appraises for more than the final construction cost.
