The FOP contracted with us to convert this 20,000 sf, 1958 bank building (former Shelby Street Federal Savings and Loan) into their headquarters. The building had to be gutted in order to create three floors of offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, a restaurant, full commercial kitchen, and bar. The flat roof was replaced by a new pitched roof. After almost one year of construction, the project was finished in summer of 2009.

In 2005, we were contracted to make several upgrades on this church building. We installed new roofing that included metal, rubber membrane, and dimensional shingles. In addition, we improved drainage and added storage structures.
Barn Remodel

In 2011, we converted this 100-year-old barn into a garage. The structure was sound, but the siding was at a point of no return. After considerable interior redesigning, it now has three car bays, a workshop, and a gardening room on the first floor; and storage and an exercise room on the second floor. Metal siding and roof were chosen for long-term ease of maintenance, and the entire building is insulated.
