Simply put- -Monte Howell succeeded where other builders failed. We had our land developed and the house plan chosen. Through a series of events and after meeting wtih other builders we thought we were unable to attain it and would need to reconsider. Monte worked with us to make it happen. He saw to it that the plan was modified to our particular design requests and still increased square footage and brought the cost down–something we never realized was possible. All the stars aligned and the house that is now our home came to be–the main star in this process was Monte Howell.   He always answered our calls immediately or with a very prompt call back, during hours or after on weekdays or weekends. We can, with all confidence, say that the building of our home was a very pleasant experience, made that way because of Howell Custom Homes. He was patient with us–our questions, changes on the fly, and our inexperience with this process. We were people who never really thought we would be building a custom home.
